Office Engineer (Electrical)

Make a preliminary construction plan, Summarize the list of construction materials used in the project, design, drawing, price estimation, investigate material prices, and labor costs. Inspecting construction sites and prepare documents for obtaining permissions. Performing construction work for consistent and in accordance with the contract of the owner and sub-contractor. Co-preparing and inspecting the delivery documents and co-inspecting the acceptance for project bidding and construction projects. Preparing documents to report work progress of various projects.

• Make a preliminary construction plan that represents the stages and construction period of the project to achieve the goals set by the company including prepare the project material usage plan
• Participate in surveying construction sites, surveying pins, co-designing and laying out construction site layouts, estimating prices all kinds of electrical work and preparing Bill of Quantities showing the amount of work / materials / prices and expenses for each project including inspecting and controlling PR before sending it to the purchasing department.
• Drawing by Auto CAD for site layout, construction, and other related drawings of Renewable Energy Power Plant construction projects and other construction projects of the company
• Participate in inspecting construction sites, prepare documents and submit building permit applications, permission to connect the project, water supply, electricity, telephone, communities for public hearings, SAO, Royal Forest Department, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, etc. And other related agencies in order to get permission the construction site for various projects
• Prepare documents to coordinate with the project owners, consulting firms, sub-contractors, construction material supplier, government agencies, relevant agencies, and company personnel in order to achieve the goal of the construction work set by the company
• Check the delivery documents according to the contract and the acceptance work of project bidding and construction of Renewable Energy Power Plant projects including control the BOQ of the sub-contractor's work in accordance with the construction work, the drawing, and assembly list to be correct with the contract of owner and construction material supplier to meet the company's project cost, time, and quality goals
• Check documents, progress reports, problems, and obstacles of various projects including proposing a construction method that saves project costs and time. Participate in the subcontractors’ assessment of the construction performance  to use as a database for the registration of subcontractors' backgrounds
• Inspect, evaluate, and summarize the solutions to maintain the construction site for various projects and Renewable Energy Power Plants

• Male/Female, age 25 years up
• Bachelor's degree Electrical Engineer or other related field
• Experienced in electrical work, supervising the construction of electrical systems and coordination of the construction of electrical system project
• Skill in cost estimation, construction of electrical systems, and other related tasks
• Able to travel to work in other provinces from time to time
• Driving skill with driving license and willing to use own car in the company's business for at least 2 years
