Main Duties
Research and find new business channels and projects from the public and private sectors to increase sales and profits for the company steadily. Contact business partners and foreign suppliers to participate in project bidding or sell equipment and products to meet the needs of government and private sector energy policies. Along with creating new business opportunities for the company
Job description
  • Find the chance to expand or develop new business or products to generate sales and develop into the main business of the organization in the future
  • Feasibility study of new business or new products and presented to executives and customers
  • Analyze and gather prospective business requirements to plan action for new business development
  • Manage teams, coordinate, and build good relationships with both customers and partners to get the most accurate data for analysis
  • Analyze new distribution channels for existing products and new productsby then presenting to the supervisor
  • Follow up and analyze operational results both in progress and after conducting new business or new projects, or after the sale of new products, presented to supervisor
  • Team management and manpower planning and determine the characteristics/qualifications of personnel in the department in accordance with the size of the business To be a guideline for recruiting and developing personnel to achieve quality and competency as specified under the company's goals and policies
  • Control plans and follow up and evaluation of the work related to all departments according to the assigned work to achieve efficiency. And in accordance with the organization's goals, such as Competency / KPIs / ISO / Skill Level / Training Plan
Qualification
  • Male/Femal, aged 35 years and over
  • Bachelor's degree / Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineer
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Development position
  • Knowledge and expertise in business development marketing strategy
  • Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential customers.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior
  • Ability to maintain strong customer relationships and build industry alliances
  • Ability to negotiate and close business deals
  • Contract and project management skills will be an advantage
  • Able to speak and write English fluently
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good personality, service-minded, enthusiastic, responsible, fast learner
  • Have own car with driving license
